Stat. tit. 44, § 44-272","heading":"Oklahoma National Guard Supplemental Retirement Pay","body":"Revolving Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Military Department to be designated the \"Oklahoma\n\nNational Guard Supplemental Retirement Pay Revolving Fund\". The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the\n\nOklahoma Military Department from funds provided by law. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma Military Department for the\n\npurpose of implementing the provisions of Section 18 of this act.\n\nExpenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants issued by\n\nthe State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with\n\nthe Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 44"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os44.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"0e6d9383404a298f1e143ce63067cbf1dc059baebeeb129642d2488a6909026c","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-44-44-271","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-44-44-28"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
