Stat. tit. 44, § 44-4304","heading":"Termination of entitlement to benefits","body":"A person's entitlement to the benefits of the Oklahoma Uniformed\n\nServices Employment and Reemployment Rights Act due to the person's\n\nservice in the state military forces terminates upon any of the\n\nfollowing events:\n\n1. A separation of the person from the state military forces\n\nwith a dishonorable or bad conduct discharge;\n\n2. A separation of the person from the state military forces\n\nunder other than honorable conditions, as characterized pursuant to\n\nstate law or regulations prescribed by the National Guard Bureau or\n\napplicable regulations of the United States Army or the United\n\nStates Air Force;\n\n3. A dismissal of the person permitted under the Oklahoma\n\nUniform Code of Military Justice or the regulations promulgated\n\npursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military\n\nJustice or the applicable regulations of the National Guard Bureau\n\nor the United States Army or the United States Air Force; or\n\n4.
