Liability of controlling Oklahoma employer of foreign\n\nentity. If an employer controls an entity that is incorporated or\n\notherwise organized in a foreign country, any denial of employment,\n\nreemployment, or benefit by such entity shall be presumed to be by\n\nthe employer.\n\nB. Applicability to foreign employer. This section shall not\n\napply to foreign operations of an employer that is a foreign person\n\nnot controlled by an Oklahoma employer, except that any employer\n\nconducting business in Oklahoma, even a foreign entity not\n\nregistered with the Oklahoma Secretary of State, or any employer\n\nwith employees working in Oklahoma shall be subject to this act.\n\nC. Determination of controlling employer. For purposes of this\n\nsection, the determination of whether an employer controls an entity\n\nshall be based upon the interrelations of operations, common\n\nmanagement, centralized control of labor relations, and common\n\nownership or financial control of the employer and the entity.\n\nD. Exemption.
