The Commissioner of Labor, in consultation with the Adjutant\n\nGeneral, may prescribe regulations implementing the provisions of\n\nthe Oklahoma Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights\n\nAct as it applies to state government, political subdivisions, and\n\nprivate employers.\n\nB. The Director of Human Capital Management of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services, in consultation with the\n\nCommissioner of Labor and the Adjutant General, may prescribe\n\nregulations implementing the provisions of the Oklahoma Uniformed\n\nServices Employment and Reemployment Rights Act as it applies to\n\nstate agencies as employers.
