Annual report by the Commissioner of Labor. The\n\nCommissioner shall, after consultation with the district attorney to\n\nwhom a complaint pursuant to the Oklahoma Uniformed Services\n\nEmployment and Reemployment Rights Act has been referred, transmit\n\nto the Committee on Veterans and Military Affairs of the Oklahoma\n\nHouse of Representatives and the Committee on Veterans and Military\n\nAffairs of the Oklahoma State Senate not later than July 1 of each\n\nyear a report on matters for the fiscal year ending in the year\n\nbefore the year in which the report is transmitted the number of\n\ncases reviewed by the Department of Labor under the Oklahoma\n\nUniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act during the\n\nfiscal year for which the report is made.\n\nB.
