Stat. tit. 44, § 44-4335","heading":"Training to be provided by state agencies and political","body":"subdivisions.\n\nA. Training required. The administrator of each state agency\n\nand political subdivision shall provide training for the human\n\nresources personnel of the agency or political subdivision on the\n\nfollowing:\n\n1. The rights, benefits, and obligations provided in the\n\nOklahoma Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act\n\nfor employees who are members of the state military forces; and\n\n2. The application and administration of the requirements of\n\nthe Oklahoma Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights\n\nAct by the agency or political subdivision.\n\nB. Training consultation and frequency. The training required\n\nby subsection A of this section for state agencies shall be\n\ndeveloped and provided in consultation with the Director of Human\n\nCapital Management of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices. The training shall be provided as determined by the\n\nDirector of Human Capital Management of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services in order to ensure that the human resources\n\npersonnel of state agencies are kept fully and currently informed of\n\nthe issues covered by the training.\n\nC. Human resources personnel defined.
