Stat. tit. 44, § 44-71","heading":"Duty to attend assembly - Refusal of employer to permit","body":"attendance - Drills, exercises, etc.\n\nIt shall be the duty of each commissioned officer and enlisted\n\nperson of the Oklahoma National Guard to be present and perform all\n\nthe duties required of him or her at each assembly for drill and\n\ninstruction, encampment, maneuvers or other exercises, unless\n\nregularly excused by competent authority.
