Stat. tit. 44, § 44-75","heading":"Hospital and medical treatment","body":"Officers and/or enlisted men who suffer injuries or contract\n\ndisease, in line of duty, while on duty or in active service, shall\n\nreceive hospitalization and medical treatment, and the pay and\n\nallowances of their grade during the period that they are unable to\n\nresume their civilian occupation; but no commissioned officer shall\n\nbe paid after the termination of said service or duty more than the\n\npay and allowances of a Second Lieutenant.\n\nAll payments herein provided for shall be paid on the approval\n\nof the Adjutant General by warrant drawn against the funds\n\nappropriated for that purpose in the Military Department or other\n\nfunds made available.\n\nIn the event of compensation for said service, death or\n\ninjuries, being paid in part by the federal government, the state\n\nshall pay only the balance necessary to make the above designated\n\namounts.","path":["OK Code","Title 44"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os44.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"581a6d5b3d2a05cc87f8135c9b45e875e6a0ce8f3475db458398e79cfa8eb9e1","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-44-44-74","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-44-44-77"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
