Jurisdiction to try certain personnel.\n\nA. Each person discharged from the state military forces who is\n\nlater charged with having fraudulently obtained a discharge is,\n\nsubject to Section 904A of this title, subject to trial by court-\n\nmartial on that charge and is, after apprehension, subject to the\n\nOklahoma Uniform Code of Military Justice while in custody under the\n\ndirection of the state military forces for that trial. Upon\n\nconviction of the charge, the person shall be subject to trial by\n\ncourt-martial for all offenses under the Oklahoma Uniform Code of\n\nMilitary Justice committed before the fraudulent discharge.\n\nB.
