Investigation and disposition of matters pertaining\n\nto the fitness of military judges.\n\nThe Adjutant General shall promulgate regulations prescribing\n\nprocedures for the investigation and disposition of charges,\n\nallegations, or information pertaining to the fitness of a military\n\njudge to perform the duties of the judge's position.
