Warrant of arrest, issuance, contents, service.\n\nA. A warrant of arrest for the purposes of securing the\n\npresence of an accused at any court-martial proceedings or in\n\nexecution of a sentence of confinement may be issued by a general or\n\nspecial court-martial convening authority.\n\nB. The warrant issued under this section shall:\n\n1. Be in writing and in the name of the State of Oklahoma;\n\n2. State the date when issued and the municipality or county\n\nwhere issued;\n\n3. State the name and rank of the person to be arrested;\n\n4. State the offense charged against the person to be arrested;\n\n5. Command that the person against whom the complaint was made\n\nbe arrested, conducted to a designated civil or military facility\n\nunder the control of the state or federal government, placed in\n\ncustody as directed, and booked;\n\n6. Be signed by an authorized officer of the armed forces of\n\nthis state; and\n\n7. Specify the amount of bail.\n\nC. The warrant shall be directed to all peace officers in the\n\nstate or federal government and the provost marshal of the Oklahoma\n\nNational Guard.
