Delivery of offenders to civil authorities.\n\nA. Under such regulations as the Adjutant General may\n\nprescribe, a person subject to the Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military\n\nJustice who is in a duty status and who is accused of an offense\n\nagainst civil authority may be delivered, upon request, to the civil\n\nauthority for trial.\n\nB. When delivery under this section is made to any civil\n\nauthority of a person undergoing sentence of a court-martial, the\n\ndelivery, if followed by conviction in a civil tribunal, interrupts\n\nthe execution of the sentence of the court-martial, and the\n\noffender, after having answered to the civil authorities of his or\n\nher offense shall, upon the request of competent military authority,\n\nbe returned to the place of original custody for the completion of\n\nhis or her sentence.","path":["OK Code","Title 44"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os44.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"c5b52cf60dcd76596162ad6078b1bd3d81c85e3c81ff4bd05f3fb616d074ed68","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-44-44-813","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-44-44-815"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
