Jurisdiction of courts-martial in general.\n\nA. Each force component shall have court-martial jurisdiction\n\nover all persons subject to the Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military\n\nJustice. The exercise of jurisdiction by one force component over\n\npersonnel of the other force component shall be in accordance with\n\nregulations promulgated by the Adjutant General.\n\nB.
