Jurisdiction of special courts-martial.\n\nA. Subject to Section 817 of this title (Article 17), special\n\ncourts-martial have jurisdiction to try persons subject to the\n\nOklahoma Uniform Code of Military Justice for any offense made\n\npunishable by the Code and may, under such limitations prescribed by\n\nregulation promulgated by the Governor or Adjutant General, adjudge\n\nany punishment not forbidden by the Code except dishonorable\n\ndischarge, dismissal, confinement for more than one (1) year,\n\nforfeiture of pay exceeding two-thirds (2/3) pay per month, or\n\nforfeiture of pay for more than one (1) year.\n\nB.
