Convening of court-martial by federal officials.\n\nIn no case shall the President of the United States, the\n\nSecretary of Defense, the secretary of a military department, a\n\nmilitary officer serving on active duty within the meaning of Title\n\n10 of the United States Code, or any other federal official convene\n\na court-martial proceeding pursuant to the Oklahoma Military Code\n\nunless prior consent has been granted by the Governor.
