Who may convene general courts-martial.\n\nA. General courts-martial may be convened by:\n\n1. The Governor;\n\n2. The Adjutant General;\n\n3. Any other commanding officer in the state military forces\n\ndesignated by the Adjutant General; or\n\n4. Any other commanding officer in the state military forces\n\ndesignated by the Governor.\n\nB.
