Who may convene special courts-martial.\n\nA. Special courts-martial may be convened by:\n\n1. Any person who may convene a general court-martial;\n\n2. The commanding officer of a brigade in the army component of\n\nstate military forces;\n\n3. The commanding officer of a wing in the air component of\n\nstate military forces; or\n\n4. Any other commanding officer designated by the Adjutant\n\nGeneral.\n\nB.
