Detail or employment of reporters and interpreters.\n\nUnder such regulations as the Adjutant General may prescribe,\n\nthe convening authority of a court-martial or court of inquiry shall\n\ndetail or employ qualified court reporters, who shall record the\n\nproceedings of and testimony taken before that court.
