Compulsory self-incrimination prohibited.\n\nA. No person subject to the Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military\n\nJustice shall compel any person to incriminate himself or herself or\n\nto answer any question the answer to which may tend to incriminate\n\nhim or her.\n\nB. No person subject to the Code shall interrogate or request\n\nany statement from an accused or a person suspected of an offense\n\nwithout first informing that person of the nature of the accusation\n\nand advising that person that the person does not have to make any\n\nstatement regarding the offense of which the person is accused or\n\nsuspected and that any statement made by the person may be used as\n\nevidence against the person in an administrative board proceeding,\n\nin nonjudicial punishment, or in a trial by court-martial.\n\nC. No person subject to the Code shall compel any person to\n\nmake a statement or produce evidence in the course of an\n\nadministrative board proceeding, nonjudicial punishment or before\n\nany military court if the statement or evidence is not material to\n\nthe issue and may tend to degrade the person.\n\nD.
