Disposition guidance.\n\nThe Adjutant General shall issue nonbinding guidance regarding\n\nfactors that commanders, convening authorities, staff judge\n\nadvocates, and judge advocates should take into account when\n\nexercising their duties with respect to disposition of charges and\n\nspecifications in the interest of justice and discipline under\n\nSections 830 and 834 of this title (Articles 30 and 34).
