Execution of confinement.\n\nA. Under such regulations as the Governor or Adjutant General\n\nmay prescribe, a sentence of confinement adjudged by a court-\n\nmartial, whether or not the sentence includes discharge or\n\ndismissal, and whether or not the discharge or dismissal has been\n\nexecuted, may be carried into execution by confinement in any place\n\nof confinement under the control of the state military forces or in\n\nany penal or correctional institution used or under the control of\n\nthe Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Persons so confined in a\n\npenal or correctional institution not under the control of the state\n\nmilitary forces are subject to the same discipline and treatment as\n\npersons confined or committed by the courts of this state.\n\nB.
