Enforcement of fines or adjudication of pecuniary\n\nliability.\n\nWhen a sentence, including a fine, or a finally approved\n\nadjudication of pecuniary liability under a report of survey or\n\nfinancial liability investigation of property loss (FLIPL) has been\n\nordered executed pursuant to regulations promulgated by the Adjutant\n\nGeneral, the collection of the fine or the adjudication of pecuniary\n\nliability may be made executory and enforced by the Oklahoma\n\nAttorney General, or his or her designee, in the judicial district\n\nas described in Section 22 of Title 20 of the Oklahoma Statutes in\n\nwhich the court martial was held or in the district court judicial\n\ndistrict, where nonjudicial punishment was decided or district court\n\njudicial district of residence of the accused or person against whom\n\nthe pecuniary charge was raised in the same manner as a money\n\njudgment in a civil case or by the withholding of any funds due the\n\naccused from the state or any of its agencies in accordance with\n\nregulations prescribed by the Adjutant General.
