Statement of trial results.\n\n1. The military judge of a general or special court-martial\n\nshall enter into the record of trial a document entitled \"Statement\n\nof Trial Results\", which shall set forth:\n\na. each plea and finding,\n\nb. the sentence, if any, and\n\nc. such other information as the Adjutant General may\n\nprescribe by regulation.\n\n2. Copies of the Statement of Trial Results shall be provided\n\npromptly to the convening authority, the accused, and any victim of\n\nthe offense.\n\nB. Posttrial motions. In accordance with regulations\n\nprescribed by the Adjutant General, the military judge in a general\n\nor special court-martial shall address all posttrial motions and\n\nother posttrial matters that:\n\n1. May affect a plea, a finding, the sentence, the Statement of\n\nTrial Results, the record of trial, or any posttrial action by the\n\nconvening authority; and\n\n2.
