Entry of judgment of general or special court-martial.\n\n1. In accordance with regulations prescribed by the Adjutant\n\nGeneral, in a general or special court-martial, the military judge\n\nshall enter into the record of trial the judgment of the court. The\n\njudgment of the court shall consist of the following:\n\na. the Statement of Trial Results under Section 860 of\n\nthis title (Article 60),\n\nb. any modifications of, or supplements to, the Statement\n\nof Trial Results by reason of:\n\n(1) any posttrial action by the convening authority,\n\nor\n\n(2) any ruling, order, or other determination of the\n\nmilitary judge that affects a plea, a finding, or\n\nthe sentence.\n\n2. Under regulations prescribed by the Adjutant General, the\n\njudgment under paragraph 1 of this subsection shall be:\n\na. provided to the accused and to any victim of the\n\noffense, and\n\nb. made available to the public.\n\nB. Summary court-martial judgment.
