Before the vacation of the suspension of a special court-\n\nmartial sentence which as approved includes a bad-conduct discharge,\n\nor of any general court-martial sentence, the officer having special\n\ncourt-martial jurisdiction over the probationer shall hold a hearing\n\non the alleged violation of probation. The State Judge Advocate\n\nshall detail a judge advocate, who is certified under subsection B\n\nof Section 827 of this title (Article 27, subsection B), to conduct\n\nthe hearing. The probationer shall be represented at the hearing by\n\ncounsel if the probationer so desires.\n\nB. The record of the hearing and the recommendation of the\n\nofficer having special court-martial jurisdiction shall be sent for\n\naction to the Adjutant General. If the Adjutant General vacates the\n\nsuspension, any unexecuted part of the sentence shall be executed,\n\nsubject to applicable restrictions in Section 857 of this title\n\n(Article 57).\n\nC.
