Petition for a new trial.\n\nAt any time within three (3) years after the date of the entry\n\nof judgment under Section 860C of this title (Article 60C), the\n\naccused may petition the State Judge Advocate for a new trial on the\n\ngrounds of newly discovered evidence or fraud on the court. If the\n\naccused's case is pending before the Military Court of Appeals or\n\nbefore the Court of Criminal Appeals, the State Judge Advocate shall\n\nrefer the petition to the appropriate court for action.
