Remission and suspension.\n\nA. The Adjutant General, the State Judge Advocate, or\n\ncommanding officer may remit or suspend any part or amount of the\n\nunexecuted part of any sentence, including all uncollected\n\nforfeitures other than a sentence approved by the Governor.\n\nB.
