Leave required to be taken pending review of\n\ncertain court-martial convictions.\n\nUnder regulations promulgated by the Adjutant General, an\n\naccused who has been sentenced by a court-martial may be required to\n\ntake leave pending completion of action under this part if the\n\nsentence includes an unsuspended dismissal or an unsuspended\n\ndishonorable or bad-conduct discharge.
