An act, done with specific intent to commit an offense under\n\nthe Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military Justice, amounting to more\n\nthan mere preparation and tending, even though failing, to effect\n\nits commission, shall be an attempt to commit that offense.\n\nB. Any person subject to the Code who attempts to commit any\n\noffense punishable by the Code shall be punished as a court-martial\n\nmay direct, unless otherwise specifically prescribed.\n\nC.
