Strikes or assaults a warrant officer, or noncommissioned\n\nofficer, while that officer is in the execution of his or her\n\noffice;\n\n2. Willfully disobeys the lawful order of a warrant officer, or\n\nnoncommissioned officer; or\n\n3.
