Offenses by sentinel or lookout.\n\nA. Drunk or sleeping on post, or leaving post before being\n\nrelieved. Any sentinel or lookout who is drunk on post, who sleeps\n\non post, or who leaves post before being regularly relieved, shall\n\nbe punished, if the offense is committed in time of war, by\n\nconfinement of not more than ten (10) years or other punishment as a\n\ncourt-martial may direct, but if the offense is committed at any\n\nother time, by such punishment as a court-martial may direct.\n\nB. Loitering or wrongfully sitting on post.
