Release of prisoner without authority. Any person subject\n\nto the Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military Justice:\n\n1. Who, without authority to do so, releases a prisoner; or\n\n2. Who, through neglect or design, allows a prisoner to escape,\n\nshall be punished as a court-martial may direct, whether or not the\n\nprisoner was committed in strict compliance with the law.\n\nB. Drinking with prisoner.
