Misbehavior before the enemy.\n\nAny person subject to the Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military\n\nJustice who before or in the presence of the enemy:\n\n1. Runs away;\n\n2. Shamefully abandons, surrenders, or delivers up any command,\n\nunit, place, or military property which it is his or her duty to\n\ndefend;\n\n3. Through disobedience, neglect, or intentional misconduct\n\nendangers the safety of any such command, unit, place, or military\n\nproperty;\n\n4. Casts away his or her arms or ammunition;\n\n5. Is guilty of cowardly conduct;\n\n6. Quits his or her place of duty to plunder or pillage;\n\n7. Causes false alarms in any command, unit, or place under\n\ncontrol of the armed forces of the United States or the state\n\nmilitary forces;\n\n8. Willfully fails to do his or her utmost to encounter,\n\nengage, capture, or destroy any enemy troops, combatants, vessels,\n\naircraft, or any other thing, which it is his or her duty so to\n\nencounter, engage, capture, or destroy; or\n\n9.
