Forgery.\n\nAny person subject to the Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military\n\nJustice who, with intent to defraud:\n\n1. Falsely makes or alters any signature to, or any part of,\n\nany writing which would, if genuine, apparently impose a legal\n\nliability on another or change his or her legal right or liability\n\nto his or her prejudice; or\n\n2.
