False official statements; false swearing.\n\nA. False official statements. Any person subject to the\n\nOklahoma Uniform Code of Military Justice who, with intent to\n\ndeceive:\n\n1. Signs any false record, return, regulation, order, or other\n\nofficial document, knowing it to be false; or\n\n2. Makes any other false official statement knowing it to be\n\nfalse,\n\nshall be punished as a court-martial may direct.\n\nB. False swearing. Any person subject to the Code:\n\n1. Who takes an oath that:\n\na. is administered in a matter in which such oath is\n\nrequired or authorized by law, and\n\nb. is administered by a person with authority to do so;\n\nand\n\n2.
