Captured or abandoned property.\n\nA. All persons subject to the Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military\n\nJustice shall secure all public property taken for the service of\n\nthe United States, or the State of Oklahoma, or another state, and\n\nshall give notice and turn over to the proper authority without\n\ndelay all captured or abandoned property in their possession,\n\ncustody, or control.\n\nB. Any person subject to the Code who:\n\n1. Fails to carry out the duties prescribed in subsection A of\n\nthis section;\n\n2. Buys, sells, trades, or in any way deals in or disposes of\n\ncaptured or abandoned property, whereby he or she receives or\n\nexpects any profit, benefit, or advantage to himself or herself or\n\nanother directly or indirectly connected with himself or herself; or\n\n3.
