Improper hazarding of vessel or aircraft.\n\nA. Willful and wrongful hazarding. Any person subject to the\n\nOklahoma Uniform Code of Military Justice who, willfully and\n\nwrongfully, hazards or suffers to be hazarded any vessel or aircraft\n\nof the armed forces of the United States, the state military forces,\n\nor of the military forces of any other state shall be punished as a\n\ncourt-martial may direct.\n\nB. Negligent hazarding.
