Stat. tit. 44, § 44-912A","heading":"Wrongful use, possession, etc., of controlled substances","body":"ARTICLE 112A. Wrongful use, possession, etc., of controlled\n\nsubstances.\n\nA. Any person subject to the Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military\n\nJustice who wrongfully uses, possesses, manufactures, distributes,\n\nimports into the customs territory of the United States, exports\n\nfrom the United States, or introduces into an installation, vessel,\n\nvehicle, or aircraft used by or under the control of the Armed\n\nForces of the United States or of the state military forces a\n\nsubstance described in subsection B of this section shall be\n\npunished as a court-martial may direct.\n\nB. The substances referred to in subsection A of this section\n\nare the following:\n\n1. Opium, heroin, cocaine, amphetamine, lysergic acid\n\ndiethylamide, methamphetamine, phencyclidine, barbituric acid, and\n\nmarijuana and any compound or derivative of any such substance;\n\n2. Any substance not specified in paragraph 1 of this\n\nsubsection that is listed on a schedule of controlled substances\n\nprescribed by the President for the purposes of the Uniform Code of\n\nMilitary Justice, Title 10 of the United States Code, Section 801,\n\net seq.; and\n\n3. Any other substance not specified in paragraph 1 of this\n\nsubsection or contained on a list prescribed by the President under\n\nparagraph 2 of this subsection that is listed in schedules I through\n\nV of article 202 of the Controlled Substances Act, Title 21 of the\n\nUnited States Code, Section 812.\n\nC.
