Reckless endangerment. Any person subject to the Oklahoma\n\nUniform Code of Military Justice who engages in conduct that:\n\n1. Is wrongful and reckless or is wanton; and\n\n2. Is likely to produce death or grievous bodily harm to\n\nanother person,\n\nshall be punished as a court-martial may direct.\n\nB. Dueling. Any person subject to the Code:\n\n1. Who fights or promotes, or is concerned in or connives at\n\nfighting, a duel; or\n\n2. Who, having knowledge of a challenge sent or about to be\n\nsent, fails to report the facts promptly to the proper authority,\n\nshall be punished as a court-martial may direct.\n\nC. Firearm discharge, endangering human life. Any person\n\nsubject to the Code who, willfully and wrongly, discharges a\n\nfirearm, under circumstances such as to endanger human life shall be\n\npunished as a court-martial may direct.\n\nD. State active duty, personal firearms. Any person subject to\n\nthe Code and in a state active duty status who carries a personal\n\nfirearm openly or concealed on or about his or her person without\n\nthe authorization of the Adjutant General or pursuant to the state\n\nrules for the use of force then in effect shall be punished as a\n\ncourt-martial may direct.\n\nE. Carrying concealed weapon.
