Larceny and wrongful appropriation.\n\nA. Any person subject to the Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military\n\nJustice who wrongfully takes, obtains, or withholds, by any means,\n\nfrom the possession of the owner or of any other person any money,\n\npersonal property, or article of value of any kind:\n\n1. With intent permanently to deprive or defraud another person\n\nof the use and benefit of property or to appropriate it to his or\n\nher own use or the use of any person other than the owner, steals\n\nthat property and is guilty of larceny; or\n\n2. With intent temporarily to deprive or defraud another person\n\nof the use and benefit of property or to appropriate it to his or\n\nher own use or the use of any person other than the owner, is guilty\n\nof wrongful appropriation.\n\nB.
