Frauds against the government.\n\nAny person subject to the Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military\n\nJustice:\n\n1. Who, knowing it to be false or fraudulent:\n\na. makes any claim against the United States, the State\n\nof Oklahoma, or any officer thereof, or\n\nb. presents to any person in the civil or military\n\nservice thereof, for approval or payment, any claim\n\nagainst the United States, the State of Oklahoma, or\n\nany officer thereof;\n\n2. Who, for the purpose of obtaining the approval, allowance,\n\nor payment of any claim against the United States, the State of\n\nOklahoma, or any officer thereof:\n\na. makes or uses any writing or other paper knowing it to\n\ncontain any false or fraudulent statements,\n\nb. makes any oath, affirmation or certification to any\n\nfact or to any writing or other paper knowing the\n\noath, affirmation or certification to be false, or\n\nc. forges or counterfeits any signature upon any writing\n\nor other paper, or uses any such signature knowing it\n\nto be forged or counterfeited;\n\n3. Who, having charge, possession, custody, or control of any\n\nmoney, or other property of the United States or the State of\n\nOklahoma, furnished or intended for the Armed Forces of the United\n\nStates or the state military forces, knowingly delivers to any\n\nperson having authority to receive it, any amount thereof less than\n\nthat for which he or she receives a certificate or receipt; or\n\n4.
