Any person subject to the Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military\n\nJustice who attempts or offers with unlawful force or violence to do\n\nbodily harm to another person, whether or not the attempt or offer\n\nis consummated, is guilty of assault and shall be punished as a\n\ncourt-martial may direct.\n\nB. Any person subject to the Code who:\n\n1. Commits an assault with a dangerous weapon or other means or\n\nforce likely to produce death or grievous bodily harm; or\n\n2.
