Commits a violent offense against a spouse, an intimate\n\npartner, or an immediate family member of that person;\n\n2. With intent to threaten or intimidate a spouse, an intimate\n\npartner, or an immediate family member of that person, commits an\n\noffense under this chapter against any person or property, including\n\nan animal;\n\n3. With intent to threaten or intimidate a spouse, an intimate\n\npartner, or an immediate family member of that person, violates a\n\nprotection order;\n\n4. With intent to commit a violent offense against a spouse, an\n\nintimate partner, or an immediate family member of that person,\n\nviolates a protection order; or\n\n5.
