Any person subject to the Oklahoma Uniform Code\n\nof Military Justice:\n\n1. Who wrongfully engages in a course of conduct directed at a\n\nspecific person that would cause a reasonable person to fear death\n\nor bodily harm, including sexual assault, to himself or herself, to\n\na member of his or her immediate family, or to his or her intimate\n\npartner;\n\n2. Who has knowledge, or should have knowledge, that the\n\nspecific person will be placed in reasonable fear of death or bodily\n\nharm, including sexual assault, to himself or herself, to a member\n\nof his or her immediate family, or to his or her intimate partner;\n\nand\n\n3. Whose conduct induces reasonable fear in the specific person\n\nof death or bodily harm, including sexual assault, to himself or\n\nherself, to a member of his or her immediate family, or to his or\n\nher intimate partner,\n\nis guilty of stalking and shall be punished as a court-martial may\n\ndirect.\n\nB. Definitions. In this section:\n\n1. The term \"conduct\" means conduct of any kind, including use\n\nof surveillance, the mails, an interactive computer service, an\n\nelectronic communication service, or an electronic communication\n\nsystem;\n\n2. The term \"course of conduct\" means:\n\na. a repeated maintenance of visual or physical proximity\n\nto a specific person,\n\nb. a repeated conveyance of verbal threats, written\n\nthreats, or threats implied by conduct, or a\n\ncombination of such threats, directed at or toward a\n\nspecific person, or\n\nc. a pattern of conduct composed of repeated acts\n\nevidencing a continuity of purpose;\n\n3. The term \"repeated\", with respect to conduct, means two or\n\nmore occasions of such conduct;\n\n4. The term \"immediate family\", in the case of a specific\n\nperson, means:\n\na. that person's spouse, parent, brother or sister,\n\nchild, or other person to whom he or she stands in\n\nloco parentis, or\n\nb. any other person living in his or her household and\n\nrelated to him or her by blood or marriage; and\n\n5.
