Perjury.\n\nAny person subject to the Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military\n\nJustice who in a judicial proceeding or court of inquiry or in a\n\ncourse of justice willfully and corruptly:\n\n1. Upon a lawful oath or in any form allowed by law to be\n\nsubstituted for an oath, gives any false testimony material to the\n\nissue or matter of inquiry; or\n\n2.
