Subornation of perjury.\n\nA. In general. Any person subject to the Oklahoma Uniform Code\n\nof Military Justice who induces and procures another person:\n\n1. To take an oath; and\n\n2. To falsely testify, depose, or state upon such oath,\n\nshall, if the conditions specified in subsection B are satisfied, be\n\npunished as a court-martial may direct.\n\nB. Conditions. The conditions referred to in subsection A are\n\nthe following:\n\n1. The oath is administered with respect to a matter for which\n\nsuch oath is required or authorized by law;\n\n2. The oath is administered by a person having authority to do\n\nso;\n\n3. Upon the oath, the other person willfully makes or\n\nsubscribes a statement;\n\n4. The statement is material;\n\n5. The statement is false; and\n\n6.
