Wrongful interference with adverse administrative\n\nproceeding.\n\nAny person subject to the Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military\n\nJustice who, having reason to believe that an adverse administrative\n\nproceeding is pending against any person subject to the Code,\n\nwrongfully acts with the intent:\n\n1. To influence, impede, or obstruct the conduct of the\n\nproceeding; or\n\n2.
