General article.\n\nThough not specifically mentioned in the Oklahoma Uniform Code\n\nof Military Justice, all disorders and neglects to the prejudice of\n\ngood order and discipline in the state military forces, all conduct\n\nof a nature to bring discredit upon the state military forces, and\n\ncrimes and offenses not capital, of which persons subject to the\n\nCode may be guilty, shall be taken cognizance of by a general,\n\nspecial, or summary court-martial, according to the nature and\n\ndegree of the offense, and shall be punished at the discretion of\n\nthat court. However, where a crime constitutes an offense that\n\nviolates both the Code and the criminal laws of the State of\n\nOklahoma, jurisdiction over the offense shall be determined in\n\naccordance with Section 802 of this title (Article 2).
