Authority to administer oaths.\n\nA. The following persons may administer oaths for the purposes\n\nof military administration, including military justice:\n\n1. All judge advocates;\n\n2. All summary courts-martial;\n\n3. All adjutants, assistant adjutants, acting adjutants, and\n\npersonnel adjutants;\n\n4. All commanding officers of the state military forces;\n\n5. All staff judge advocates, and acting or assistant staff\n\njudge advocates; or\n\n6. All other persons designated by regulations of the Armed\n\nForces of the United States or by statute.\n\nB. The following persons on active duty or performing inactive-\n\nduty training may administer oaths necessary in the performance of\n\ntheir duties:\n\n1. The military judge, trial counsel, and assistant trial\n\ncounsel for all general and special courts-martial;\n\n2. The president and the counsel for the court of any court of\n\ninquiry;\n\n3. All officers designated to take a deposition;\n\n4. All persons detailed to conduct an investigation;\n\n5. All recruiting officers;\n\n6. All other persons designated by regulations of the Armed\n\nForces of the United States or by statute.\n\nC. Each judge and the senior judge of the Military Court of\n\nAppeals shall have the powers relating to oaths, affirmations, and\n\nacknowledgments provided to justices and judges of the State of\n\nOklahoma.\n\nD.
