Stat. tit. 44, § 44-941","heading":"Payment of fees, costs and expenses - Military Justice","body":"Fund.\n\nA. The fees and authorized travel expenses of all witnesses,\n\nexperts, victims, court reporters, and interpreters, fees for the\n\nservice of process, the costs of collection, apprehension, detention\n\nand confinement, and all other necessary expenses of prosecution and\n\nthe administration of military justice, not otherwise payable by any\n\nother source, shall be paid out of the Military Justice Fund.\n\nB. For the foregoing purposes, there is created in the State\n\nTreasury a fund to be designated the Military Justice Fund that\n\nshall be administered by the Adjutant General, from which expenses\n\nof military justice shall be paid in the amounts and manner as\n\nprescribed by law.
